INVESTIGATING

We are investigating reports of some images not displaying correctly on Ekklesia360 websites. Affected images are returning an error from our image delivery (CDN) service. Your original media files remain intact and have not been lost, and the rest of your website continues to function normally. Our team is actively working with our infrastructure partner to restore normal image delivery as quickly as possible. We will provide our next update within 30 minutes, or sooner if new information becomes available. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.

MONITORING

Good news to share. Our hosting partner, Liquid Web, has made significant progress restoring Cloud Sites services in their Phoenix data center. They have identified the root cause of the connectivity issues, implemented corrective measures, and services are now actively recovering. The majority of affected Ekklesia360 sites have come back online. As sites return, SSL certificates are being reinstalled automatically, so some sites may briefly show a certificate or security warning while that process completes. This is expected and should resolve on its own shortly. Our team is continuing to monitor stability and performance closely as remaining sites finish recovering. If your site is not yet back online, please allow additional time as this process completes. We will continue to post updates here until the incident is fully resolved. For real-time notifications, we encourage you to subscribe to this page: https://websites.status.io/ Thank you for your continued patience throughout this event.

MONITORING

Update: Recovery Still In Progress for E360 Sites We know the third-party status pages shared previously now show the Phoenix issue as resolved, yet many Ekklesia360 sites remain offline. Here is why: multiple systems within Liquid Web were impacted by the hardware failure, and the specific hosting system that impacted E360 sites depend on, Liquid Web: Cloud Sites, is still being remediated. To avoid confusion, please monitor only these two pages going forward: - Ekklesia360 Website Status Page: https://websites.status.io/ - Liquid Web Cloud Sites Status: https://status.websitesettings.com/ Your sites run specifically on Liquid Web Cloud Sites, which has its own dedicated status page and is still completing recovery. These two links reflect the environment your sites actually depend on, so they give you the most accurate, real-time picture of progress. Your website and data remain safe. We are monitoring closely, will keep advocating on your behalf, and will keep all impacted clients updated as the situation progresses. We encourage you to subscribe to both pages for real-time notifications.

MONITORING

We are continuing to monitor the service disruption affecting some websites hosted through our third-party infrastructure provider. The provider has identified the cause as a facilities incident at a data center in Phoenix, Arizona, where a cooling system failure has reduced the facility's cooling capacity. Because this facility supports many providers, the incident is affecting a large number of websites and services beyond our platform. Affected sites may be temporarily unavailable or load intermittently while the issue persists. Our provider is working directly with the data center operator to restore normal conditions. This is an extended repair effort, and a confirmed restoration time is not yet available. No action is required on your part, and site content remains safe. 1. You can monitor the status page for our hosting partner, Liquid Web, directly via: https://status.liquidweb.com/ 2. You can monitor the latest status and updates from the Phoenix facility itself via: https://status.phoenixnap.com/incidents/dnjp5pfv2mmh We will continue to post updates here as new information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

IDENTIFIED

Our third-party hosting provider has identified the underlying cause of the service disruption affecting some websites. According to the provider, a facilities-related issue at their Phoenix data center has reduced available cooling capacity and is impacting portions of their infrastructure. Remediation efforts are currently underway. The provider's current estimate indicates repairs may require approximately 10-16 hours or longer to complete. During this time, some websites may remain unavailable or experience intermittent connectivity issues. Our team continues to actively monitor the situation and remains in communication with the provider. We will continue to share updates as additional information becomes available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
